JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Production Manager, you will:

Supervise the production and packaging of dried cassava chips.
Supervise the packaging of soybean grain and sorghum grain.
Supervise the production and packaging of organic cassava leaves powder.
Supervise the production and packaging of cocoa butter (small scale as sample for international buyers)
Supervise the production and packaging of soy butter (small scale as sample for international buyers)
Packaging of above products for the local and export markets
Supervise the packaging of value-added products cultivated under greenhouses or special conditions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A suitable candidate must possess;

Minimum 3yrs proven experience as production process management
Deep knowledge of production management
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
Experience in reporting on key production metrics
Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
Outstanding communication ability
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
Attention to detail
Hands on technical experience in production facilities
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
Minimum BSc/HND in Engineering (preferably Production, Agricultural, Mechanical), Operations Management, Food Technology
