We are looking for a highly motivated PME Consultant to join our team and collaborate with African Kolping partners. The successful candidate will help shape PME strategies that drive impactful development projects throughout the project cycle.

Collaborate with the KOLPING INTERNATIONAL PME team and African Kolping Association to align PME activities with project goals.
Train technical staff on PME principles and practices.
Develop and facilitate workshops on essential PME topics throughout the project cycle.
Consult partners on developing objectives, indicators, log frames, monitoring plans, and impact measurement strategies.
Supervise and manage external evaluations.
Develop and manage monitoring software to track progress, evaluate performance, and ensure accountability.
