Key Responsibilities


Identify and engage new clients in need of our product range.
Provide technical advice and product recommendations to clients based on their needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consultants.
Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales targets to Meet and exceed revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status.


Key Requirements


Degree / Diploma in engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in technical sales (experience in water pumping solutions/solar industry is a plus).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. Competency in driving / motorbike riding with a Valid driving license.
Flexible to work anywhere in the country.
Basic IT skills.
