Contribute to development of the custodial services strategy and recommend initiatives that enhance client relationships
Conduct annual process review for improvement through analysis and optimization of custodial processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other support and back-office units and ensure that the service provided is as per approved standards
Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing and Branding and Communication to ensure that customers from this segment are offered the solutions according to their needs
Recommend changes in offerings, processes, and products to meet the customer expectations.
