Responsibilities
The Sales and Marketing Supervisor will:

Develop strategies and tactics to grow and maintain our customer base in collaboration with our customer experience and sales team, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
Set and track metrics to enable data-driven decision-making; create and perpetuate a hypothesis-driven culture in the Marketing team at Peach.
Manage SEO activities, with support from the team, such as content strategy and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search platforms.
Manage day-to-day activities of the marketing team and collaboration efforts with other teams.
Develop and manage a monthly and quarterly budget(s) for the marketing efforts in line with company budget capabilities and marketing objectives.
Own knowledge management within the Marketing team at Peach, including the development of SOPs, to enable increased efficiencies and scalability.
Ensure that there is a return on investment from all marketing activities, both online and offline.

Qualifications

Degree in marketing or a related field
3-5 years of work experience managing a team and collaborating with other teams
Skilled in market research and direct sales
Have good communication, negotiating, and analytical skills
Be a good problem solver and have the ability to collaborate with team members
Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing plans
Ability to analyze and appropriately respond to market research and current market conditions
Ability to monitor and fulfill industry best practices
Capacity to leverage expertise in order to generate sales.
Content creation skills (photography, videography, and editing) are an added advantage
