Head – Infrastructure & Integration Services (IIS) – QualificationsEducational Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory)
Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration (MBA), or related discipline (preferred)
Relevant professional certifications such as:
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
PMP (Project Management Professional)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect / AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Cisco (CCNP/CCIE) or VMware certifications


Experience:


15+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and integration
Minimum 10 years in a leadership or head-of-function role managing large-scale IT infrastructure environments
Demonstrated experience overseeing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), data center management, and hybrid environments
Proven track record in enterprise systems integration, platform migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives
Strong experience managing third-party vendors and IT outsourcing
