  • I work as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer on a PEPFAR-funded project (CoAG) in conjunction with Lusaka Provincial Health Office (LPHO) supporting SmartCare implementation in Lusaka Province, implemented by Lusaka Provincial Health Office (LPHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). My responsibilities included providing support in data collection, running DQMIS in SmartCare, data analysis, and facilitating data review meetings. I ensured high-quality, clean data were available and enhanced data use for decision-making. Additionally, I provided guidance to community volunteers, community-level stakeholders, and health facility staff to implement set activities for sustainable project goals.
