Job Responsibilities:

Create HR initiatives and strategies that follow the overall business plan.

Job Requirements:

BSc in human resources management or its equivalent.
At least 15 years working experience in human resources or related fields.
Proven work experience as HRM in oil and gas.
Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment.
Experience in training staff.
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and dispute resolution.
Experience in upholding and adhering to workplace confidentiality.
Ability to give presentations.
Knowledge of pertinent health and safety laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Mastery of all legal requirements.
Professional certification is mandatory (CIPM, PHRI e.t.c)Skills
