I can't WFH as I did before my apt. got flooded by a burst pipe and my Landlord tried to bluff me and disavowed knowledge of the Mold that was tested and ID'd but is ignoring the Judge's order to reduce my debt by $5K and remediate the breach according to LA County Code.
What sort of help can you provide?
