The Entrepreneurship Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and executing our entrepreneurship support programs. This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for entrepreneurship and a strong understanding of the Ugandan business landscape.

Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from sourcing potential entrepreneurs to post-investment support.
Develop and implement comprehensive program plans and timelines.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Entrepreneur Sourcing and Selection:
Identify and source potential entrepreneurs through various channels, including online platforms, partnerships, and community outreach.
Develop and implement a rigorous selection process to identify high-potential entrepreneurs.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess entrepreneurs’ eligibility and potential.
