Must-Haves (Non-negotiables)


Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
3+ years of leadership experience, managing diverse teams with individuals from various backgrounds
Proficient with, or the ability to quickly learn, organization’s task management software such as ClickUp.


Role Description


Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Identify and recommend improvements to standard operating procedures, including team restructuring, morale building, and policy updates 
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and handling confidential matters with discretion
Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR initiatives that fit with the overall business direction
Develop and implement departmental budget
Train managers on how to coach, motivate, upskill, and discipline subordinates
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, providing a framework for constructive and timely evaluations
Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Work collaboratively to offboard departing employees
Report to upper management and provide insights through HR metrics & KPIs
Manage recruitment, interview, and onboarding processes, ensuring new team members hit the ground running and aren’t a burden to their unit
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities.
