Description 


Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for residential, commercial, and investment properties.
Develop and implement growth strategies to meet revenue and client acquisition targets.
Manage client relationships from lead generation to post-sale support.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive promotional campaigns and brand awareness.


Requirments 


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–7 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
