Manage and maintain executives’ schedules.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents using relevant software.
Coordinate and direct office services, including records management, departmental finances, and budget preparation.
Prepare responses to routine correspondence inquiries.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for consideration by executives and boards.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems.
