Our client, a class 'A' construction company, seeks to full vacant positions with qualified dedicated and experienced persons as follows: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction and site development • Serve as the main point of contact between contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams • Monitor construction timelines, budgets and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety regulations, and quality standards • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and prepare regular reports for management • Identify potential risks or delays early and proactively resolve issues to keep the project on track • Manage project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved within set deadlines • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, permits and building codes • Work closely with architects, engineers and consultants to resolve technical or design issues
Qualification Required & Experience
• BSc in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Survey or related field • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and regulations • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g MS Project, AutoCAD or similar) • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
