JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance with quality standards and regulations. • Conduct inspections and audits of production processes, materials, components, and finished products or services to identify quality issues, defects, or non-conformities. • Review specifications, blueprints, and technical documents to understand quality requirements, tolerances, and acceptance criteria for products or services. • Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using precision tools, equipment, and instruments to verify product dimensions, appearance, and functionality. • Collect and analyze quality data, metrics, and performance indicators to evaluate process capabilities, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Document and report quality findings, deviations, and corrective actions taken, maintaining accurate records, logs, and inspection reports for traceability and accountability. • Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and suppliers to address quality issues, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Flexibility and adaptability. • HND or degree • 1 year work experience or more
