Responsibilities


Providing support on Oshie activities.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in offshore/onshore EPCI markets.
Establish and maintain work relationship with clients and regulatory bodies E.g. NAPIMS, NCDMB and DPR.
Develop and maintain a database of current and potential clients, projects, and strategic partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Assist in the preparation of bid documents, pre-qualification packages, and commercial proposals.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions as needed.
Collaborate with the proposal, engineering, and project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Track industry developments, upcoming tenders, and project awards in target markets.
Support contract negotiation and closing of deals under supervision.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements.
Maintain accurate reporting on business development activities and performance metrics
Provide input into contract development to maximize efficiencies in the delivery and operations of the projects, and resolve issues and conflicting requirements in a timely manner.


Required Skills and Knowledge


Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Humanities or Social Sciences
3 - 4 years work experience.
Good organizational abilities.
Must show proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must have proposal management experience
Possess experience interacting with executive-level staff
Must Show an understanding of the bid process
Possess strong attention to details
Knowledge of document management methods
