Responsibilities


Manage and grow brand communities across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and social media
Respond to community inquiries and feedback promptly
Organize online events, discussions, and campaigns that boost engagement
Collaborate with marketing teams to align community activity with campaigns
Monitor sentiment and provide insights on community trends


Requirements


Experience managing online communities (Web2 or Web3)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, and emerging digital spaces is a plus
Ability to handle conflict and maintain positive environments
