JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be responsible for Fundraising, Evangelism & Discipleship, and Partnership development.                   

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Drive fundraising objective.
Coordinate university students, Grade 12 graduates/leavers, and OVC alumni.
Grow YEMP program (Youth Empowerment Management Program)
Maintain effective customer relationships.
Maintain customer channels.
Maintain a List of Partnerships.
Maintain a List of Key Activities.
Maintain a List of key Resources.
Apply and implement the sector-driven business rules e.g. Children’s rights.
Generate and share reports with all interest groups


Educational Qualifications, Experience & Skills


Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma to the role or equivalent certification.
Experience working with communities
Possess necessary ISO certifications
Team management experience and good communication skills
Fluent understanding of English language.
Excellent computer skills.
