RESPONSIBILITIES.

Greeting guests:


Making a positive first impression and welcoming customers to the restaurant. 


Presenting menus and offering assistance:


Guiding guests through the menu, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their preferences.  


Upselling:


Suggesting appetizers, desserts, or drinks to increase the order value and enhance the dining experience. 


Food & Beverage Service:


Communicating orders to the kitchen and bar:


Ensuring the kitchen staff are aware of the orders and any special instructions. 

Delivering food and drinks:


Serving food and beverages to the correct tables in a timely and efficient manner. 


Closing duties:


Assisting with cleaning and organizing the dining area, restocking supplies, and preparing for the next service. 


Additional Responsibilities:


Teamwork and collaboration:Working with other servers, kitchen staff,  to provide a seamless dining experience. 
Handling customer complaints:Addressing issues with a positive attitude and finding solutions that satisfy the customer.
