Job Description


We are seeking a skilled professional with Training Content Development and Facilitation experience to join us on a contract basis for one of our client projects.
The role involves designing, developing, and delivering impactful training content, as well as facilitating both face-to-face and virtual training sessions. You will play a key part in creating engaging learning solutions that enable participants to confidently apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.


Key Responsibilities


Training Content Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and create high-quality training materials (presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, handouts). Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, and simulations to make content engaging and practical.
Storyboarding: Develop detailed storyboards for both in-person and e-learning delivery, outlining topics, timings, interactivity, assessments, and learner engagement activities. Ensure materials are tailored to different learning styles.
Training Facilitation: Deliver live training sessions, workshops, and virtual classes. Encourage participation, manage group dynamics, and provide real-time support to ensure knowledge transfer and learner confidence.
Evaluation & Feedback: Design assessments, quizzes, and activities to measure training effectiveness. Collect feedback, track learner progress, and make adjustments to improve outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to align training with project objectives and support teams in applying new knowledge.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with trends in instructional design and refine training programs regularly. Maintain a library of reusable training resources.


Education


Matric
University Qualification (Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field), Certificate or Diploma, aligned to relevant experience. 


Experience and Skills


Over 5 years’ experience in training content development and facilitation
Strong background in project management or related industries
Proficiency with e-learning platforms and instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Canva, LMS systems)


Nice-to-Have


Experience with advanced multimedia integration for e-learning
Exposure to change management and business process training
