Key Responsibilities

IT Support


Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to staff.
Ensure the security of company data through regular system updates, backups, and antivirus management.
Manage and maintain company email systems, cloud storage, and other digital tools.
Liaise with external vendors for IT-related procurements and services.


Graphic Design


Design and produce engaging graphics for social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Develop visual concepts that align with the company’s brand identity and objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create compelling campaigns.
Edit videos, create animations, and prepare digital content as required.
Manage and update website content and ensure a visually appealing online presence.


Requirements


OND/NCE/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in IT support and graphic design.
Must reside around Ajah-Lekki axis
Proven portfolio of graphic design work (digital and/or print).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.


Technical Skills


Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva).
Solid understanding of IT systems, networking, and hardware maintenance.
Knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar CMS is an advantage).
Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) are a plus.


Salary Range: 150,000-180,000
