B.Sc., HND and OND in any discipline 
Not more than 35 years

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deploy POS, Train & Support merchants. 
Maintaining, Growing Acquiring new businesses within assigned segment by selling, cross selling & up selling of Payments products & services across income lines.
A Merchant Support Specialist is assigned up to 350 merchants within a cluster 
Minimum expected daily merchant visitation / Support - 15 per day and 75 per week 
Merchant visitation is self-directed based on list of assigned merchants and or based 
On support calls received from Banks, Merchants, and the Office.
Visit to office is on a need basis – Pickup / Drop-off of items, Meetings / Trainings etc
