Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that all policies and procedure, standards specifications are followed and completed on a timely basis.
Maintaining high hygiene standards
Ensure company objectives in sales, service quality, appearance of facility and hygiene through training of employees and creating a productive working environment through organizing and supervising premise’s deep cleaning.
Ensuring that all set SOPs are adhered to.
Prevent, handle and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service.
Minimise guest complaints by ensuring all guests are served and on time.
