We're searching for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the magic happening at our four vibrant locations in Ilorin and Malete: two full-service restaurants and two fast-paced Quick Serve Restaurants (QSRs).

This isn't just about managing a single spot—it's about leading a diverse portfolio of culinary experiences. You'll be the conductor of an exciting operation, ensuring both our fine dining and quick-service teams deliver top-tier service, operational excellence, and a memorable experience for every guest.

What You'll Do


Lead, mentor, and inspire four teams across our different concepts.
Drive revenue and control costs, ensuring profitability across the portfolio.
Maintain impeccable standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing staff.
Handle all aspects of daily operations, from front-of-house to back-of-house.


What We're Looking For


Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably with multi-unit or diverse concept experience.
A natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a knack for problem-solving.
Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of restaurant P&L.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
