Duties

Overseeing the sales process from start to finish, including handling customer complaints and questions about products
Ensuring that the sales team stays compliant with company policies and procedures
Establishing sales goals and targets for team members, providing training in sales techniques, and regularly reviewing performance
Developing new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
Managing the team’s schedule to ensure that they are meeting their daily and weekly goals
Monitoring competitors’ activities and recommending changes in product offerings or pricing to respond to competition
Motivating and inspiring team members to meet their goals by offering feedback and incentives such as commissions after discussing with management.
Preparing reports on sales activities and progress toward goals, which may include gathering data from multiple sources such as customer records or marketing campaigns.
Providing feedback to management on ways to improve sales performance or increase revenue through new products or services

Minimum Requirements.

Graduate,Business Administration or equivalent. B.E-Electrical / Mechanical would be preferred. MBA or Master’s
Degree is a preferred. Min 8-10 years of experience in the sales support field. Previous or current experience in Industrial Products is a plus.
