Responsibilities

Managing the MD/CEO's itinerary.
Performing admin tasks like updating records and client accounts, and purchasing various supplies.
Interfacing with clients seeking to meet with the CEO and ensuring world-class service delivery.
Ensure effective organization of meetings with the CEO and clients.

Qualification and Experience

Degree / HND.
Minimum of 3 years Admin experience.

Other Qualities:

A Graduate of any discipline.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business skills.
Strong ethical and moral values.
Multitasking abilities and compassion.
Good time management.
Hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity and leadership skills
Extensive knowledge of administration.
