A leading Security Company committed to maintaining excellence in operations and safety is currently seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Control Room Officer to join their team and help ensure the smooth, secure, and efficient monitoring of their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Monitor and control all activities within the control room via CCTV, alarms, and other systems.

2.Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies and dispatch the appropriate response team.

3.Maintain accurate logs and records of all activities, events, and communications.

4.Ensure all equipment in the control room is functioning properly and report malfunctions.

5.Communicate effectively with on-site personnel, emergency services, and management.

6.Follow standard operating procedures and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:
1.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or operations is a plus.
2.Previous experience in a control room or monitoring and call center environment preferred.
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent situational awareness. 4.Proficiency with surveillance systems, radio communication, and computer applications.
5. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
6.Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
7.Strong communication skills
8.Good customer experience skills.
