Setting up new equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly.
Conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting problems, and repairing faulty equipment.
Identifying and resolving technical issues, often through diagnostic testing.
Providing technical advice, training, and support to clients.
Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including repairs and maintenance.
Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to provide feedback and improve service delivery.
Oversee overall service delivery and ensure adherence to service standards and response timelines.


Key Requirements


Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar technical service role.
Atleast 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
Familiarity with pumps, control panels, solar equipment, water treatment systems, or pool technology.
Strong diagnostic, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
Delivering services to customers effectively and on time.
Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
Competency in driving / motorbike riding with a Valid driving license.
Basic IT skills.
