  • Hello members, I can't seem to hack it through. Being a professional with three specialties, I find it a bit challenging to convince hiring managers... that I have excelled in all cadres through academic and professional experience where the three fields of specialisation falls within the same industry - construction.
    Being an architectural technician, project management specialist and site supervisor seems to rhyme well with the built environment activities. However I still can't figure what hiring managers look for both academically as well as professional experiences as a consideration
