About the role:
Are you a competent proactive professional who works towards closing deals naturally and possess a good track record of sales? If yes, you will be responsible for generating business by identifying and selling to new and existing customers, while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within your product range. You will be accountable for building and maintaining a network and an active, growing sales pipeline and be knowledgeable about best sales practices and the resources required to build and implement the sales strategy and initiatives successfully by taking a fresh and modern approach to developing business and relationships. You have to be an ambitious and aspirational individual with a passion for establishing brands and their positioning them in the local and East African Markets.
Key performance areas

Revenue and reporting.


-Meet personal and team sales targets as established, as established, incorporating the full range of products / services within identified markets segments
-Analyze designated territory to understand prescribing and purchasing decision processes by clients and institutions.
-Prepare and implement approved weekly business and work plans.
Implement brand strategies intended to convey the company's marketing message.
Resolve customers' complaints and concerns by investigating any issues that arise, developing solutions, and submitting applicable reports or recommendations to the Manager.
Meet with a variety of professionals, including medical personnel such as physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and technicians, medical office management, staff of medical facilities, and existing or potential clients, and often meet with clients at their own locations.
Attend meetings and work-related functions to communicate information about products, addressing clients' questions and concerns and launching new products.
Submit daily and monthly reports commenting on deviations from the Business Plan and intended actions align performance with objectives.
Customer relationship building
Assess customer needs, promote / sell products from new and existing customers through formulating and building positive trust relationships.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers and other health care professionals as detailed in their pipelines.

Team player and internal process
Customer Visits/Territory Coverage; Achievement of set HCP strike rate and monthly territory coverage.
Contribute in fostering a team environment
Taking a lead role to ensure product launch or brand messages are clearly communicated.
You work closely with the Sales team to assist with account management and processing of orders
