Job Responsibilities

The accountant will be responsible for:

Update, prepare and reconcile bank accounts records and generation of management reports.
Record and reconcile account payable.
Record and reconcile account receivables and prepayments.
Preparation and management of fixed assets register.
Prepare daily accounting records and Journal entries.
Compile and analyze account information by liability, and capital account entries.
Review and process expense invoices.
Review and validate revenue invoices.
Ensure proper filling of accounts records.

Key Skills and Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 3 years post-ICAN hands on work experience.
Experience working with Audit firm, Commercial Company or Logistics is an added advantage.
Excellent knowledge of any accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
Attention to details.
Good planning and proper time management.
