Key duties and responsibilities. 

Communicate important feedback from customers to the relevant department internally. 
Preparing reports on marketing activities such as tracking incoming leads and follow up with potential clients. . 
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that sales campaigns are supported by other departments 
Providing customer service by answering questions about products or services, making recommendations based on customer needs, and resolving problems 
Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers and potential customers 
Coordinating events such as trade shows, conferences, and seminars to promote products and services 
Coordinating  sales team meetings to enhance productivity and efficiency of Sales schedules 
Development of  marketing materials and documents i.e., product catalogs, presentations, and proposal documents 
Develop and maintain automated marketing management systems 
Generate marketing reports to help in informed decision making. 
Any other duties assigned. 

Job Specifications. 

Degree/Higher Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any other related Business course. 
Certification in Marketing will be an added advantage. 
3 years’ experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent. 
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular). 
Understanding of sales performance metrics. 
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 
A team player with high level of dedication. 
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
