Roles & Responsibilities:

In charge of all the retail store outlet daily operations
Champion the strategy execution, and operational excellence for the retail store outlet
Take ownership of P&L management, inventory management, and workforce management at the retail store outlet level. 
Communicate strategy and ensure regular execution of the same.
Manage the retail store outlet to achieve high levels of sales performance.
Responsible for overseeing the entire procedures at the point of sale.
Maintain a high standard of customer experience.
Develop and train team members through continues coaching and mentorship programs

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
5+ years’ experience in retail operations management (regional experience a plus/managing multiple stores/ outlets)
Business Acumen
Excellent financial and commercial skills
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
