The IMPACT project is a five-year initiative (2024—2029) implemented by the Jane Goodall Institute—Uganda with support from the Austrian Ministry for Climate Action. The project aims to build the resilience of communities and ecosystems in Uganda’s River Nkusi Catchment area to the effects of climate change.

Conduct a comprehensive value chain analysis for each of the three selected enterprises: apiary, coffee, and cocoa.
Identify opportunities and constraints at each stage of the value chain.
Assess the gender and climate resilience dimensions of each value chain.
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance value chain performance, sustainability, and inclusivity.
Facilitate a validation workshop with stakeholders to present and discuss findings.
Produce a detailed report for each enterprise, including value chain maps, SWOT analysis, and recommendations.
