Working Schedule:

This position offers a 4-day work week, designed to ensure a healthy work-life balance for our dedicated team members.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough reviews of prescription orders to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions.
Provide comprehensive drug information to walk-in clients, including dosages, proper usage, and potential side effects.
Assist in developing and implementing pharmacy policies and protocols related to medication management.
Monitor the client's responses to prescribed medications and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Participate in training and supervising pharmacy support staff to ensure compliance with best practices and safety standards.
Maintain meticulous records of medication dispensing and client interactions.
Stay current with developments in pharmacology and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacology or a related field.
Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
Valid and up-to-date Pharmacologist license from the appropriate regulatory body in Nigeria.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to provide clear patient education.
Proficiency in computerized pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Effective problem-solving skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
