Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Valid certification as a School Guidance Counselor (or equivalent qualification) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic and career counseling in an international school setting.
Strong understanding of multicultural issues and the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
