Main Function    


The Marketing Executive is responsible for enhancing the company’s visibility, generating and profiling leads, launching and managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in modern digital marketing tools and platforms, excellent creative and analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving lead generation and brand awareness using IT-enabled solutions.    


Role Responsibilities    

Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution


Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.


Lead Generation and Profiling


Use digital platforms and tools to capture, qualify, and profile leads.
Maintain accurate lead databases and nurture potential clients through marketing funnels.


Brand Visibility and Engagement


Develop and manage brand content and communication strategies to enhance company visibility.
Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and public engagement initiatives.


Use of IT Tools and Analytics


Utilize CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms for marketing execution.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and recommend strategic improvements.


Launches and Promotions


Support the execution of new product or service launches across multiple platforms.
Create and implement promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.


Performance Measurement and Strategy Development


Analyze marketing data and KPIs such as reach, conversion, and ROI.
Provide reports and strategic recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.


Qualifications and Requirements    

Education and Certifications


A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, CRM, Google Ads, or Analytics tools are an added advantage.


Experience


3–5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
Proven track record in executing campaigns and generating quality leads using IT tools.

Ability to manage cross-channel promotions and brand consistency.


Digital Tools and CRM Proficiency

Lead Strategy and Profiling


Experience in managing lead funnels, profiling customer behavior, and segmenting audiences for targeted outreach.
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and conversion tracking.


Content Creation and Communication


Excellent writing and content development skills for digital and print marketing.
Creative and visual communication abilities for social media and brand campaigns.


Analytical and Strategic Thinking


Strong ability to interpret data, extract insights, and inform marketing decisions.
Comfortable with performance analysis and ROI optimization.
