Our Client is an International School located in Lagos, seeking to employ a dedicated and supportive Female Hostel Parent to care for and guide female students living in the hostel. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the hostel, provide pastoral care, and encourage students to develop good habits and discipline.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Live-in
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee students’ daily activities, including study time, meals, and recreational periods.
Ensure a safe, secure, and clean living environment for students.
Serve as a mentor and role model for students.
Address personal and emotional needs of students, providing counsel when needed.
Work with the school staff to promote students' well-being and development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related fields.
Experience working with adolescents or in a boarding school environment.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to manage conflicts and maintain order in the hostel.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for student development.
