Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
Create and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Plan and coordinate marketing and sales efforts to increase revenue
Supervise and manage all operations, including staff, inventory, and equipment
Ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed
Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and other industry professionals

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Strong knowledge of financial management and budgeting
Experience in the laundry and cleaning industry is preferred but not required
Ability to communicate effectively with employees, clients, and other stakeholders
