Dei BioPharma Ltd., a Drugs and Vaccines Manufacturing Plant is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Quality Control Packing Material Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for sampling and testing of incoming supplies of packaging materials in an effective, efficient and compliant manner and fulfill the need of internal customers.

To organize and perform sampling and testing of all incoming supplies of packaging materials that are intended for packaging of different products at the site in accordance with the current approved methods.
To scrutinize the draft artworks of printed packaging components against the approved labeling text, technical drawings and company policy & procedures and get authorize from relevant stake holders.
Maintain the repository of approved, valid Artworks and ensure that only current versions are issuing to the printers / suppliers.
To monitor the validities of the approved packaging materials and plan their re-sampling and re-testing at stipulated time intervals till the allocated expiry dates.
To prepare material specifications and standard test methods for packaging materials in accordance with the current/established standards and requirements.
To prepare the standard operating procedures for the activities pertinent to the sampling & testing of packaging materials and Artworks management.
Maintain the analytical & checking records as per the Quality Control system.
Manage the retention samples of packaging components for future references.
Maintain the analytical equipment in workable conditions at all times, to facilitate timely analysis.
To report monthly KPIs of packaging material laboratory on prescribed format
