Collects, Compiles, Verifies and Analyses Financial Information Specific to the Business Being Supported.
Perform Desk/Market Research, Data Mining, Business Intelligence and Cost Analysis Specific to the Business.
Creating and Updating the Database for the Business Unit Analysis.

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills

B.Sc Degree in Accounting or Banking and Finance or other numerate field
Professional Certification (ACCA or ICAN) is an added advantage
Expertise in Sage Pastel Evolution and MS Excel
Knowledge of IFRS and Tax Laws.

Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years):

3 - 4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years in Financial reporting.
Minimum of 3 years progressive experience within any of the following industries with a large organization: Telecoms, Consulting, Fin Tech, FMCG or Technology Consulting.

Attitude and Behavioral Traits:

Strong analytical and data gathering skills with ethical conduct, independence and overall positive can-do attitude.
Excellent oral and communication skills.
Well-developed IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation Skills.
Strong Computer knowledge and skills, including in-depth expert knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing.
Strong drive for Knowledge and must be out of the box thinker.
High degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality.
Very good presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while under pressure.
Customer service-oriented as well as problem-solving orientation.
