We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and values flexibility in their work schedule.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.

Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners on behalf of executives.

Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up.

Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress.

Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.

Support executives with day-to-day operational and administrative needs.

Handle expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.

Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Professionalism, discretion, and a high level of attention to detail.
