I hold an LLB degree and currently serving articles of which will be coming to completion in May 2024 and I have completed the following Legal Practice Council board exam papers: Court Procedure, Wills and Estate and Attorneys Booking. Furthermore, I have more than 6 years’ experience being a Paralegal assisting client in both public and private with legal work. I specialised in litigation, legal advice and drafting of legal documents. I am involved with consulting with clients, witnesses and Advocates taking instructions, assisting and conducting legal research, drafting legal opinions, drafting settlement agreements, preparation for trial & court appearance in the District and Reginal court, routine office administration, and block settlements with the Client. I have experience in court preparation for general litigation, corporate litigation, road accident litigation, administration of the deceased estate and registering trust accounts. My knowledge and experience extend to court processes, and working with state owned entities such as RAF, and SANRAL.
