JOB DESCRIPTION: 
As Junior Agronomist, you will be under direct supervision of the Head of Unit 2:

You will monitor the quality of crops under cultivation.
You will provide daily problem-solving on the field under the supervision of your manager.
You will supervise the work of our field workers.
You will work on the missions assigned by your manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A suitable candidate must possess;

Bsc/HND in agronomy, agriculture, biotechnology or a related field.
1-3yrs proven cognate experience
Ability to work outside, stand, walk, kneel, and stoop for extended periods.
Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and diagnostic scientific software.
Exceptional active listening and verbal and written communication skills.
Strong research, decision making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Awareness of industry trends, technology, and developments.
Research and presentation skills.
