Summary
This ideal candidate is responsible for performing advanced and specialized hands-on HR Consulting duties in a fast-paced environment while delivering value to clients and the organisation.
Responsibilities:

Support consultant in pursuing strategic opportunities to cultivate business partnerships and relationships.
Support to Identify, design and implement general HR strategies and solutions to achieve agreed client deliverables.
 Provide high level, timely and professional support to clients in various capacities including but not limited to HR Business Partnering support
Support process of partnership development
Supervise and mentor Analyst and Trainee Analyst.

Requirements:

 Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable higher institution.
Certification in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years work experience
