Key Responsibilities


Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business and personal information
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff on behalf of the executive
Monitor and follow up on deadlines and tasks assigned to other departments
Maintain a well-organized filing and document management system


Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in an executive or administrative assistant role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
