Job Description:


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of our office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling administrative tasks.


It is expected that you have a strong communication and interpersonal skill, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also be proficient with Microsoft Office and have experience with project management.


You must have a basic understanding of human resources management, and you should be able to oversee personnel in the office.


Responsibilities:


Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements


Manage office supplies and equipment


Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls


Maintain electronic and paper filing systems


Assist with the development and implementation of office policies and procedures


Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business Management, Secretariat Studies or passionate individuals with related practical experiences. 


3+ years of experience in an administrative role.


Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Proficiency with Microsoft Office.


Strong organizational and time management skills.


Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
