Location: Kubwa, FCT Abuja (Applicants MUST reside in Kubwa, FCT Abuja) 

Key Responsibilities:


As the Manager, Solar Projects, you will be instrumental in Groupower's success, with direct P&L oversight for all solar ventures. Your role will encompass:
Project Management: Leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of all solar installation projects.
Team Leadership: Providing comprehensive oversight and strategic direction to our dedicated Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams.
Revenue Generation: Driving rapid revenue growth through effective project management and team performance.
Technical Expertise: Applying your engineering background to ensure the highest standards of solar installation and operational efficiency.


What We're Looking For:


A qualified Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in solar installation.
Proven ability to manage projects effectively and ensure successful outcomes.
Demonstrated experience in roles with P&L responsibility.
A versatile and quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
A resident of Kubwa, FCT Abuja (this is a mandatory requirement).
