Pyschosocial Counselling Jobs
• Perform assessments of psychosocial patients and counselling services to the clients.
• Perform awareness sessions on stress management and other related issues for the clients.
• Keep daily record in a confidential and safe manner.
• Conduct regular follow up of cases registered.
• Provide individual and or group counselling session to the clients.
• Utilizing appropriate protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate and support HTS providers at facility and community level in provision of index
case testing and HIV- self testing.
• Linkage to care and treatment
