Key Responsibilities:


Deliver challenging, thought-provoking English Literature lessons that cultivate deep critical analysis, creativity, and a nuanced appreciation of classic and contemporary texts.
Design and implement rigorous schemes of work, captivating lesson plans, and rich, diverse teaching resources that elevate student engagement and learning
outcomes.
Instill a lifelong love for literature by encouraging students to interrogate themes, contexts, and literary devices with intellectual curiosity and confidence.
Conduct thorough and impactful assessments, provide incisive feedback, and track student progress to ensure outstanding academic performance.
